You may return your online purchase within 10 days of receiving the item for a full refund minus the shipping charge. The returned item must be in its original, unworn/unused condition. The item must be shipped within 10 days of receipt. We cannot accept any returns after 10 days, on special orders and custom work, or on any discounted sale items.
To return an item:
1. Email email@example.com or call us at 828-749-9365 to inform us of your return.
2. Repack the item in its original packaging. Make sure to include the original receipt in the package. Please pack the item carefully. Heartwood Gallery is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. It is strongly recommended that you insure and ship the item using a delivery method that can be tracked. The return package must be prepaid (we do not accept COD packages). Items returned in a manner that fails to adhere to the correct return procedure will not be accepted.
3. Upon receiving your return, the item will be fully inspected as we cannot accept merchandise that has been damaged, altered, or worn/used. We will contact you via email or phone once the item has been returned.
4. We will issue you a refund minus any shipping and handling charges within 2 business days of receiving the item. Please note that the refund may take 2-10 business days to post to your account depending on your credit card provider.
ONLINE VS STORE RETURNS:
Our in-store return policy differs from our online return policy. In-store returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days for a refund, after 7 days a store credit will be issued.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If you received a damaged item, please call the gallery at 828-749-9365 immediately, so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain the original packing materials and box. We will either issue you a full refund or send you a replacement item if available.
