Dubhe Carreño - Chicago, IL

A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Dubhe Carreño arrived in the U.S. to pursue a career in classical dance. After enrolling in a pottery class at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, she fell in love with clay. She went on to study at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Dubhe currently teaches ceramics at Northeastern University.
